He received his BVA from the Government College of Art and Craft, Kolkata, his MFA from Kala Bhavana, Visva-Bharati University, and his U G C Net Lectureship He got Birla Academy Award twice – in 2000 for Best Drawing and in 2008 for Best Painting.....
